Recipe - Banana Coconut Almond Macaroons

A healthy indulgence and personal favorite recipe.







Banana Coconut Almond Macaroons
Ingredients

2 bananas
1/4 c Almond Milk
1/2 c shredded coconut
1/2 c oats
1/2 c slivered almonds
2/3tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp whole wheat flour

Directions:
Pre-heat the oven at 180°C
Mash the banana, add the milk and mix well
Mix coconut, almonds, oats and baking powder in a separate dish
Slowly add the dry mixture to the banana (adding wheat flour)
Place spoonful on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes (or until golden). [I added a fresh raspberry to the top of each one before baking]
